Club training re-commences on the 4th of January, 2021, with our first UQ Triads Squad Swim Session at 5am. Strength and Conditioning sessions will not begin in the first week, but will be starting in the following week on Jan 11th. There will be a 2 week grace period for the new training pass system for all members to adjust to the process.
All other sessions will run as advertised, easing in to training with 2 weeks of easier base block training to get us into the new year. Tuesday sessions will run as a pure bike session (not a brick) for the 5th and the 12th.
